MBGo is a workplace-meal platform operated in Malaysia. Our Central Kitchen prepares the food, and Workplace Partners collect it and hand it over to you at designated pickup points at your workplace.
MBGo is operated by MYBAIK HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. (SSM Registration No. 202501032366 / 1633778-V), a company incorporated in Selangor, Malaysia. In these terms, "MBGo", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity.
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and us. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use MBGo.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MBGo. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the consent of a parent, guardian, or your employer, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes, to give accurate and up-to-date information, and not to misuse the ordering, rewards, or referral systems.
You need an account to place orders. After registering, you must verify your email address using the link we send before you can order or use your wallet and rewards.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
One account per person. Duplicate accounts opened to farm referral or promotional rewards may be closed together with any balance earned that way.
Each order is tied to a pickup slot — a pickup point at a workplace with a specific collection window. You must collect your order within that window.
To collect, show the QR code for your order. The QR is scanned and confirmed by the Workplace Partner before the food is handed over — you cannot mark an order as collected yourself. A confirmed hand-over means the order is complete.
Orders not collected by the end of the window may be discarded or donated for food-safety reasons, and are not eligible for a refund. Slots have limited capacity and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
All prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
We are not currently registered for Sales and Service Tax (SST), so no SST is charged or shown on your order. If we become SST-registered in future, any tax due will be shown in your total in accordance with the law.
A service fee of RM1.00 applies to each order. This helps cover handling, packing, and hand-over at the pickup point. It is not refunded where an order is prepared but not collected due to customer fault.
Menu prices may change from time to time. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.
Payment is made by DuitNow QR, processed by our payment provider, CHIP (chip-in.asia). Your order is only confirmed after we receive confirmation of a successful payment.
We do not store your card or bank details. All transactions are handled within the payment provider's secure environment.
If a payment is declined or left pending, your order will not be processed. Any amount held is normally released back to you automatically by your bank.
You earn 2% cashback into your MBGo wallet on successfully completed orders. Referral rewards are credited when someone who used your referral code places a successful order.
Your wallet balance and referral rewards can only be used within MBGo. They have no cash value outside the platform and are not transferable. Reward rates may change with notice in the app.
Rewards earned on an order are reversed if that order is refunded or cancelled. We may withhold or cancel rewards obtained through abuse, fraud, or fake orders.
Give Back lets you buy meals for others. Once a Give Back meal has been prepared, the donation is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We will make reasonable efforts to distribute Give Back meals as intended, but we cannot guarantee a specific recipient.
Ready-to-Eat (RTE) items are packaged products sold nationwide and shipped to the delivery address you provide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Please give a complete, accurate address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address, or by the courier once an order has been dispatched.
Risk in RTE items passes to you on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, report it promptly with photos so we can assist under the Refund Policy.
Catering works on a request-then-confirm basis. You submit a request with your details, and the order is only binding once we confirm availability, pricing, and the delivery or pickup arrangement.
A deposit may be required to secure a catering booking. Lead times, minimum quantities, and any balance due will be set out in your confirmation.
Catering cancellations are subject to the terms in your confirmation. Deposits for confirmed bookings may be non-refundable where preparation has already begun.
You can cancel an order while its status is still before Preparing. Once the Central Kitchen begins preparing your food, cancellation is no longer possible.
We may cancel an order or slot for reasons outside our control — ingredients running out, operational issues, weather, or a workplace closure. In these cases we will notify you and refund you in full under the Refund Policy.
MBGo acts as a platform that connects the Central Kitchen, Workplace Partners, and customers. Food is prepared by the Central Kitchen, which is responsible for food-safety and hygiene standards during preparation.
Menu items may contain, or come into contact with, common allergens. You are responsible for checking ingredients and allergen information before eating, and for any dietary requirements you have.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or delays caused by network issues, third-party payment systems, couriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
We may suspend or close an account, cancel orders, or withdraw rewards where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, fake or abusive orders, promotion or referral abuse, or any breach of these terms.
Where appropriate, we will let you know and give you a chance to respond, unless doing so would compromise security or a fraud investigation.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be shown on this page, along with the date it was last updated. Significant changes may also be notified in the app.
By continuing to use MBGo after an update takes effect, you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
